Registration Process
Getting from the website to the track...
- Online portion of the event
- Browse through the event calendar for a date and location that suits you.
- Choose the item and on the next screen, the appropriate Level.
- Select additional options if needed.
- Add the item to your cart and checkout.
- Print out your confirmation email and bring it with you to the track.
- Preparation for the event
- Perform any maintenance well in advance of your track day allowing ample time to obtain parts if necessary.
- Read through the bike requirements on our website and make appropriate preparations to your bike prior to going to the track.
- Make arrangements to get you and your bike to the track.
- Use a checklist to make sure you don’t forget anything, a list of must haves is:
- Motorcycle key
- Motorcycle
- Gear – Helmet, gloves, boots, leathers
- Extra fuel – some tracks sell fuel, but bringing your own is always encouraged
- Bring water and other sources of hydration; bring more than you think you will need, because you will.
- Bring your lunch or money for lunch. Check specific track locations for availability to purchase lunch. Not available on all dates.
- Although not a necessity, we encourage bringing these as well:
- A chair
- Snacks
- Sunscreen
- Bug Spray
- Tools, OEM toolkit at the very least
- If camping, bring necessary items – Tent, Sleeping bag, etc.
- Getting to the event
- Make sure you have allowed the time to get to the track, attend the event and return home (travel time on both ends of a track day that runs from 6:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.).
- If you are traveling to the track the morning of the event, be sure to have everything loaded and ready to go the evening before.
- If you are planning to camp or stay at a local hotel prior to the event, be sure to confirm what time the venue will allow entry to the property.
- The day of the event
- BE ON TIME!!! – Check-in begins at 6:30 am the day of the event – if you do not check in on time, you will miss at least your first riding session!
- Unload your bike, gear, and items you brought with you in the appropriate area of the paddock.
- Go to check-in to fill out necessary forms and get your level sticker and affix to the bike at the front of the motorcycle near windscreen or headlights.
- Take bike and helmet and motorcycle through tech inspection.
- Retreat to your pit area and listen for MANDATORY Safety Briefing announcement for time and location.
- It is recommended that you gear up prior to the Safety Briefing meeting.
- When called, report to appropriate classroom.
- Instructors and staff in the classrooms will inform you of the day’s activities.
- Classroom and track activities will run until approximately 5 p.m.
- If you have any questions about anything, be sure to ask an instructor or staff member.
- Refer to the site FAQ for answers to other common questions.
